I'm only a freshmen.. but to me, this is the right time to worry about these stuff so i can have it all planned out. So can you guys help me? I've been looking forever, and if you know a lot of stuff about scholarship ( What is a scholarship, how do you get it, get does it benefit you, is it hard to get it? ) and grants ( student money from government to attend to an expensive school? ) tell me please or talk to me on aim.. My aim is. . DiNOHSAWR. . Thank You :D.

My friend turned in a letter of resignation 30 days before she intended to leave her job. Her boss laughed at her! Crumpled up the letter right there in front of her, and told her to quit playing around and get back to work.

I'm just starting to learn about estate planning. It is my understanding that if I die, I can use a living trust to pass my assets along to others untaxed--is that correct? Also, if I put my assets into a family living trust and someone sues me, would they be able to take the money from the family living trust? If so, if I had someone in my family serve as trustee of the living trust rather than me, would that protect the assets in the living trust from lawsuits against me personally?.

I will be graduating from college in August, and I have a job interview next week! I am pretty nervous and have a few questions. Since this is my first "professional" job interview - what type of things can I expect? What should I wear? Is there anything I can do to increase my chances, or is it ultimately up to them in the end?. . Suggestions, ideas, and motivations appreciated! ^_^.

I am not familiar with the laws in Utah but while laws from state to state are similar, they are not identical. I would retain a Utah licensed Probate or Estate lawyer ASAP.. As for the similarities, It is easy to write someone out of your Trust. It just takes a trip to the attorney's office to tell the attorney the changes you want and then go back to sign the Amendment to the Trust. My Uncle's changes took about an hour for each visit. However, once the Trustee(s) is/are deceased (your parents) , their Revocable Trust becomes Irrevocable and the terms cannot be changed by anyone. In California, your parent's attorney should have sent you a letter if you were named as a beneficiary in the Trust. As a beneficiary, you have a right to a copy of the Trust but you have to request it within a certain time period after the letter is sent. (I don't know about Utah. That is why you need an attorney). My best advice to you is to spend the weekend researching Estate and Probate Attorneys in the city/county of your parent's residence in Utah. Then interview a few, by phone, on Monday. Then hire the one you like on Monday. You may have time constraints of which you are unaware and could impair your choices in dealing with the inheritance.

how do i change my name after marriage?..?
