How to write successful professional CV?

Common Application: Teacher Evals/Letters of Rec?

I want to be known by my surname, and as the name is only held by people who are related to me, it shouldn't sound too strange or common when people address me by it. I mean, I've been addressed by my last name my entire life, but there are a few people that purposefully try to annoy me by calling me by first name, sometimes in an exaggerated manner. It doesn't annoy me, it's just silly that they try do it.. . I want to be known by my surname simply because I am proud of the name and it would make a good pen name/screen name/stage name. Like many musicians, or in particular the photographer Rankin, or the Director McG..

No, I do not believe that Universal Health Care is a wise choice for the American people. The current crisis in the health care system has only increased in the last 10 - 15 years after the creation of HMO's. In a system where the provider of care and the insurance company are partners, the only one getting screwed is the patient/insured. The insurance companies claimed that the HMO's would save money by getting people to work on more preventative care....but creating 'gatekeepers' only gave a selected handful of physicians the upper hand in getting income from the insurance company wether they see the patient or not. You did know that your HMO pays your primary care physician a flat fee each month for every enrollee that is under their care. We do not need Universal care, but we do need some regulation and to get rid of the 'gatekeeper' to allow more choice of family physicians. And for God's sake people, don't go to the ER or your doctor for everything under the sun....only see your doctor when it is truly necessary.

I need to write a cover letter to send with my resume, how do I word it when all I want to say is GIVE ME A JOB!!!.

He has been in hospitals and now a nursing home since January. I don't want or need his money. I want him to be taken care of. However, his insurance is running out in 40 days. My mom, his wife of 40+ years are wondering what to do! He willj be needing a nursing home which on average is $10 grand + per month. He has a 401K and retirement plans but they require partial withdrawal soon. I don't want his money but I do think his savings should help with my mom who has been on disability following being hit by a train back in 1967. What kind of lawyer do we need and what do we do?.
