She earned her Bachelors Degree from Mills College and her Masters Degree in Special Education from California State University. is contract an agreement? or is agreement a contract?

I got an unsecured lone about 4-5 years ago for ?1000 for over 3 years. I paid back just over ?3000. I can't find any of my letters, so I'm not sure if I had PPI, but would like to find out. My loan was with Welcome Finance.. . I have no idea how to do this I'd like to try and do it myself so that I'm not paying a company to do it.
