lawyer Jacqueline Ricciani - Monticello, NY Reviews

I am 14 and live in york Pa. I am looking to apply for a job at a local Hakes grocery store. I am in 8th grade which is a middle school grade. What should i write for the High School section? What should I write under subjects studied? Should i attach a resume to it?.

I have never worked before. In HS, I was in Basketball and Track after school. I volunteered in the 3-4 year old classroom at my grandparents church maybe three years ago, but I doubt the lady I helpd out would remember me(she was a volunteer as well and it was so long ago). I moved almost every year, so I am not close to any adults other than those in my family. In my Junior year of HS, I collected 4 different references. I'm sure they most likely don't remember me and the places I'm applying to want recent references. I mean, I could have changed a lot in three years.. . I applied to maybe 4-5 places(Blockbuster-which even has a now hiring sign up-applied two nights ago, AMC theaters, Whole Foods Market - which required retail experience, Jamba Juice, and Coldstone) this last month and haven't heard anything back. In two, I used one of those 4 references. They do realize we need to start somewhere, correct? Why would I need job experience and all to clean up a movie theater or make a smoothie? It's so frustrating. I need to make money..

how should i advertise my small business? any free ways i know facebook & Twitter but any other free options? thanks..

This is an unpopular idea, because it's a little risky, and it pushes religious people the wrong way, but.... I'm sorry to say, that it's easier and cheaper (and quicker) to just get married, and immediately apply for divorce, or annulment. You can pick any name you like when you get married, it does not have to be his. Just be sure to sign the certificate with the name you plan to be legally yours. Also best to get a prenup, and to make sure you trust the guy you marry.. . Getting a court order does require that you see a judge, and it costs about 400 to 700 dollars. It takes 2 to 6 months. (usually only 2 or 3 or 4 months.) If you make a small mistake on any document (which can be confusing) or something like that, you have to start all over again, and pay a second time. The judge may also turn down your request if he believes you should have your fathers name. (It's kind of rare, but it does happen to women.). . Getting married takes about 2 days. One day to wait in line to get the license, and one day to make the appointment to see the judge (he performs the vows, has you sign the document, and congratulates you. It's comfortable and easy,, and the document only needs your name and the date. (the license needs proof of identity, and age) The whole affair costs about 40 dollars. The divorce is more difficult, and takes longer (about the same amount of time as a court order name change) but it's still cheaper than getting the court order name change, and your name is already changed, rather than waiting for the okay that may never come. It can be quicker, in many cases, since it would be a very short lived marriage, and you haven't bought things together, had children, lost an apartment, etc.

True, USF is not on the southernmost point of Florida (that would be Key West), but it is not a university limited to just one city (Tampa). Its reach goes from a large zone starting south of The University of Central Florida (UCF located in Orlando). Other public State universities in the south of Florida are: Florida International University in Miami and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. And there are many private colleges and private universities located in south Florida, such as The University of Miami. None of these stake claim to the title of University of South Florida, because I can't imagine them wanting to change their names from the prestigous value their degrees claim from their current college names. Even a private college in Lakeland, FL uses the title Florida Southern College, and Lakeland is on the same geographic latitude as Tampa! If you draw a line through Florida's middle, separating North from South, Tampa, Lakeland, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota are in the south half of that fold-line! Orlando (UCF) , Gainesville (UF), and Tallahasseee (FSU) are all in the north half of that fold-line. How far south in Florida do you want a huge university to be located in order to stake claim to the title of "University of South Florida?" Most of southern Florida is The EVERGLADES! No one would attend USF if it was relocated into uninhabitable SWAMP LAND!. . EDIT: Names like "Tampa State University" or "The University of Florida at Tampa" would not serve as better representation. The University of Florida (located in Gainesville) and the privately run University of Tampa would be outraged.

Should I have a cover letter with my job application?
