Make sure you have a medical power of attorney for your mother, and a financial one as well if you believe that may be necessary. These can be done with conditions like 'if I am in the hospital for 10 days or more'. Make sure her bank has a copy of this, and of your signature on a card in the power of attorney format: "Daughter Jones for Mother Jones". Have a full list of her monthly bills and obligations, and their due dates, the date of her lease renewal and insurance renewals... all that. Be sure you can get her paper delivery stopped, and her mail picked up somehow. That way if you have to manage these things from afar, it is at least possible. Also make sure you know how to contact her friends, in case her cat may need feeding,.. Or for when you must arrange her funeral. Make sure she has a valid will.. . All of this seems morbid and worst case, but it is not! When I realized I needed these things in regard to my mother, I just plain arranged all of this and gave it to my children. I keep them updated with sources of occassional chore labor, like the local flex school, where children are required to do community service, and the local mail collection services, all that.. . Now when my mother is in the hospital, her rent gets paid, her paper does not Build up on the porch, and her cat is well. She knows this, I can report it to her on the phone! Her doctor knows he can speak freely with me, and that if she is very poorly, or heavily drugged, I can legally make decisions for her. I can know her wished because she has laid them out for me. I know her insurance information. Insured people get better care (sad but true).. . If she is wobbly, see that she has a bar in the shower, a higher toilet seat, and if she is *really* wobbly, an emergency call beeper she can wear.. . Care does not have to be in person, and no one wants to limit their child's life. Do what is prudent to prepare for your longer distance relationship, and then GO! :)

My friend has a server, how can I make a website?

[Student name] is expected to follow the teacher's directions the first time she asks him to do something. He/she is expected to do so promptly and with a good attitude. Each time that [Student name] does not meet these expectations, he/she will receive a tally mark for the day on the tracking sheet. These tally marks will determine the rewards and consequences that [Student name] receives, as shown below.

I know the title of this form is Power of Attorney to Transfer Motor Vehicle. But what is it for? Can someone please explain it to me. Thank you..

first order. second order. and third order. just some few short definitions this is mainly to do with enginerring.

The very fact you had given general power of attorney to your friend's friend to conduct this case on your behalf in the court, on the basis of this GPA he engaged this lawyer & started with the court proceedings. Now you want to withdraw this court case. The very fact this giving of power of attorney is amounting to appointing an agent to conduct this legal proceeding on your behalf as you being the principal & you can any time withdraw your general power of attorney there by discontinue the services of your this agent to conduct on your behalf in this legal proceeding. You being the principal can withdraw this legal proceeding from the court & for this you will have to move a petition/application for withdrawal of the suit for recovery of the amount from the court where it is being heard. As far your non attending the court for the purpose of giving your evidence in such a case is concerned it may not automatically make the case stand as withdrawn but the court may not consider your evidence while deciding the whole issue & may pass order against you for lack of evidence in favor of your case, that will amount to your suit gets dismissed in the favor of the respondent. As a lawyer I will suggest that since you cannot move out because of your physical condition, you should request the court through this lawyer to appoint commission under Order XXIV Civil Procedure Code to examine you at you home, in this manner your traveling to the court will avoided & your evidence get recording at your place that will help your case to proceed to a suitable conclusion in your favor.
