A power of attorney (POA) or letter of attorney in common law systems or mandate in civil law systems is an authorization to act on someone else's behalf in a legal or business matter. The person authorizing the other to act is the principal, granter or donor (of the power), and the one authorized to act is the agent, the attorney-in-fact[1], or in many Common Law jurisdictions, simply the attorney.

Anyone know where i can buy samples before buying..

So i had to write clues for my secret santa at school as well...and each day we had to give them a clue....for the whole week...so:. . monday: . i wrote random letters all over a piece of paper...and i poked holes (with a needle) through the letters that spell out my clue...and in order to figure out the clue, you have to hold the paper to the light to see what letters stand out...and for a clue as to figure out how to figure out that clue, i wrote "the light helps you see things you normally can't". . tuesday: . for tuesday, i wrote my clue as lyrics to a song...since i am a girl, my clue for my secret santa was the "IF I WERE A BOY" lyrics by beyonce.. . wednesday:. i wrote my clue in an odd way....that you have to say it fast in order to figure it out. for example, my clue was "i'm in your class, i am not in your class"...instead of that, i wrote "eye yam inn york lass, eye yam knot inn york lass.". . thursday:. my clue was a puzzle type thing...for example it was a number puzzle...At the top i wrote, "A is one and B is two, now figure out this last clue"...in order to figure out the clue, your secret santa has to find what each number represents in the alphabet...(A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4, etc.). . i hoped that these are some clever ways to write clues for your secret santa...and happy holidays!
