  • Zealous advocacy that is none-the-less cordial and distinguished by high quality and ethical standards best describes our practical approach. We avoid belligerence in favor of a knowledgeable presentation of facts and law, handling high profile cases sensitively, and preparing each case appropriately, in the belief that a well-prepared case leads to the best result whether at trial or settlement. Although we may resolve disputes early when it is in the best interests of our client to do so, we are far from reluctant to go to court. We invite comparison of our results to those of other practices.

or, if it is paper, just scan it to a file. Then, send it as an attachment with your online application.. . Your referrer just writes a letter (you know, an old fashioned letter to the Admission Office).

bcnu may be correct in the USA, but the system in the UK is completely different.. . To be any kind of lawyer, you need to get a law degree. You might want to look out for degrees that offer this area of law as an optional module, as it's not one of the core subjects in a law degree. . Then you need to get a training place as a barrister or solicitor - you don't need to decide yet which one you would like to be.. . Day to day you would usually be advising people about how to sue others for breaching their copyright. Most lawyers would specialise in a particular area, eg patents, music industry, film and video etc. . I can't think of any perks associated with this area of law - or most others!

I live in Texas and my last name is Jones, very common name. My family adopted it a few generations ago when we came from Ireland. I would like to change it back to the original O'Donnell. How would I go about doing that, and how long would it take?.

The ability to us the US Attorneys for political persecution and to fire them for not doing so.
