• Leonard "Trey" K. Fisher is a graduate of Louisiana State University, earning Bachelors Degrees in both Philosophy and Political Science in 2003. He received his law degree from Tulane University School of Law in 2007 and participated in both the Environmental Law Clinic and the Administrative Advocacy Clinic. After graduating, he was immediately admitted to practice as an attorney in the state of Louisiana.

  He began his legal career at the Louisiana governor's office as an advocate for adults and children with mental health issues. From there, Trey held a position in a leading small firm specializing in asbestos litigation. Trey then entered private practice where he handles various matters including family law, bankruptcy, real estate transactions and general civil litigation.

  While continuing his private practice, Trey joined the firm of Mark Smith & Associates where he focuses in social security disability law.

  Trey is married and is a new father to a beautiful baby boy born December 16, 2013! A lifelong resident of Louisiana, he grew up in Luling, LA and still has a love for the River Parishes. He has volunteered his skills in advising local environmental organizations as well as volunteering his time to pro bono work. He enjoys canoeing and hiking with his dog, Pearl.
