  • Prior to beginning my practice, I was a law professor and consulted extensively with governments and private companies. While I have an intense intellectual interest in the law and find joy in teaching, I focus my practice on solving problems for my clients.

I advise clients in matters involving elder law, estate planning, wills and trusts, residential and commercial real estate, and taxation.

I take an intense personal interest in my clients' problems, their families, and their hopes for the future. My philosophy of law is that it is not an end in itself, but a tool to use to protect a person's rights and interests, and to help them achieve their financial and personal objectives.

My problem-solving approach to the law leads me to use a range of techniques to achieve the client's aims. Frequently, I utilize negotiation and mediation to achieve cost-effective results in a dispute. When the situation demands it, I vigorously pursue litigation to protect my client's interests. Much of my work involves legal advice designed to avoid potential conflicts and the prospect of litigation.

I am?former adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, and have published extensively in topics ranging from the ethics of medical professionals to the legal aspects of coalbed methane recovery.

I have a web form that is starting to get spams. Yes, spams are usually bot (robots) generated.

Possible that your application form is a template. When you fill it in trying dropping down the file menu and saving your 'new' form under a new name but make sure it has a .doc file extension.. Its just a guess really but try it - sometimes you have to outsmart software!!

Your application is enthusiastic? You may be enthusiastic to get the position or something but I don't really think you'd call an application enthusiastic. Here's my rewrite of your letter.. . Please accept my application for the Scientific Assistant, XX position. I believe I would be a valuable addition to the XX Museum as I have participated in many field and lab studies while earning a Bachelor of Science in XX from XX University, and also having gained crucial museum experience regarding ornithology and herpetology at the XX Museum in the University of XXX. I would be incredibly grateful for an opportunity to exemplify my many strengths in the XX preparation field.. . These are merely suggestions, you can switch up what you like and keep the things you like. Good luck and I hope you get the position!

is a cover letter the samething as letter of introduction?

It *is* a term of art, which is why you probably can't find a 'legal definition'.. . Simply put, it's a document delegating some or all of a persons authority to another person.

Need help with how to start this business letter... please read on.?
