I have a web form that is starting to get spams. Yes, spams are usually bot (robots) generated.

Possible that your application form is a template. When you fill it in trying dropping down the file menu and saving your 'new' form under a new name but make sure it has a .doc file extension.. Its just a guess really but try it - sometimes you have to outsmart software!!
