For your cover letter you can look at the source I posted and copy that format exactly... if you want to be boring.

All wills must be "probated" - and if the decedent has named an executor of the estate, they must not CHANGE the will - adjustments might be made if a person named in a will has passed - their next in line might be eligible for the bequest or inheritance. Power of Attorney is not the same as EXECUTOR of the WILL - power of attorney is used WHILE A PERSON is alive, but unable to conduct their affairs because of a physical or mental problem. It may take up to 2 years to "probate" a will, and as soon as the Judge allows, the executor can start distributing assets. I don't know what you mean by "stipulations" If there are minor children involved - they may not get their inheritance until they've reached the age of maturity. If some relative of yours died - and told you that you were in the will, to receive some token or item of worth - then you have the right to solicit the court of jurisdiction for a copy of the will! Sounds like you may need to consult a legal authority to help you ascertain your position.

I want to quit my job and i really want to do it in a big way because i have never been more disgusted with a group of people in my life. I know there might be some possibility that future jobs may contact my employer and asked the terms on which I left but i just cant close this chapter of my life without getting my disgust off my chest. So any HR workers out there can you tell me if I'm going a little too far with this resignation letter?.. . I am writing this letter as an official notice of my resignation of my current position as a *** at W******. Though I have enjoyed the year of service that I was able to provide your customers and the experienced I have gained working with your company, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a part of your organization. My reasons for resigning are more complicated than I choose to elaborate on. However I will say that I entered this position in hopes of working first hand in an environment that is appealing to me in order to make a difference in peoples? lives and provide excellent customer service. Instead I found myself working in a work place with constant confusion, disorganization, hypocrisy, nepotism and in some instances just plane unprofessionalism. Though my record as an employee may not be without flaw I do feel that I fulfilled all my responsibilities to best of my ability and provided customers with above excellent customer service, but I refuse to continue working in an environment that instead of providing a plat form of growth for all employees creates tension and leverage only for those employees who are deemed worthy (mainly through blood line or social connections). With that being said, I am presenting this letter as a two weeks? notice to my resignation of my position. . Sincerely . ***.

?We can?t drill our way out of our current energy problem. It will be five to ten years before we can get any substantial new production from our untapped petroleum reserves.? That?s true today. It was also true five and ten years ago.

Writer U has online classes for $30 per course - they each last 2 weeks. Barnes & Noble has free online writing classes. I've taken a couple of the B&N ones - they're basic, but pretty good. Of course, they want you to buy a book or two to use as textbooks. Their main drawback is that there are hundreds of people in each class, so not much in the way of individualized feedback, and it takes forever to read through others' posts. I haven't taken a Writer U course yet - just signed up for one yesterday - so have no feedback on those.

why are they?.
