Not in order of importance.... You spelled "environmentally" wrong.. Don't ever write "is it is" in a sentence. Try not to say "is" more than once in the same phrase, but if you must, say something like: "is that it is". But in YOUR sentence, maybe it should be "are that reusing is" because the subject is not "reusing," it's "Some ways." Maybe rewrite the whole thing so the subject is clear and the subject-verb agreement doesn't come out looking awkward.. "promotes positive"????? What is that? What does it mean?. If you're going to say "Some ways" give at least three reasons, not two. Promoting "jobs and benefits" sounds like one reason. If the benefits are something other than employment benefits, specify what they are.

When You have a contract Two or more people may be involved . The contract is an agreement between the persons involved .. A contract must specify The intentions of both parties exactly what each person is to do. and each person Will clearly state and or write out Each and every responsibility and the Length of time it will take , Materials to be used What work to be done and starting dates and ending date! and the amounts to be paid and any thing else that you wish to write pertaining to the Completion and Satisfactory 100 % approved. There are many items more that can be address such as More cost factors noted as an agreement would note But everything that is written is a legal condition and both people can not change anything with just asking about it IT all must be in writing If you fail to fulfill a contract, You will be made to Make the person (WHOLE again in an amount of the agreed amount to be determined by a COURT of LAW

Your goal is to build your team (investors - contractors - etc)

I am trying to make a form letter in MS Word. I need the letter to say the same thing each time, but would like to automatically just tab to date, address, Dear so and so and a blank in the letter itself to be filled in, and I want to be able to tab to these designated fields. I can't figure out how to set this up, does anyone know exactly how to do this? I appreciate any help or guidance in this, thank you!.

I have to say, most newbie web designer starts designing their website in Photoshop without knowing why experts design in Photoshop. Experts design in Photoshops for mockups, that is, for concept design phase, where they don't want their creative process be interrupted by the complexity of html. In later stages, they'd write the html to achieve the mockups they have created before.. . OK, there is actually a way, but I recommend against using it, as it is a bad web design practice. (well, except for mockups). . Learn (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc, or at least a WYSIWYG web design program like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft FrontPage.

Real estate is definitely the better investment. But we'll start with franchising dreams first.. . Franchises are great because you can buy into an already popular company like Subway or something and everyone will go because it's already well known and they know what to expect. Downside for a business owner is if/when Subway wants to rebrand themselves or modernize their stores, they will require you do the same with yours. So unless your business is booming, there's no way in hell you can keep up with the requirements. Also, franchise fees are expensive just to use their name. So unless you get A LOT of business and make a lot, the franchise fees alone might kill you. A friend's family friend opened up a Boston Pizza and less than 2 years he went bankrupt because Boston Pizza rebranded so they had to renovate the store, update, new menus, etc and he couldn't keep up with the costs plus the fees..
