Every situation is different and yes sometimes it is ok to keep a child away from their grandparents. Your case seems like it might be one of those. You can't have a grandma bullying you into visits any time she wants. You have your own time and schedule and you do let her see the child, so you're going to have to be firm with her and tell her she'll see the child when YOU can and decide to arrange it. Secondly you cannot have someone telling your kid you killed his father. That's way beyond the line and even if she's not telling him directly (yet), he's probably hearing it anyway. Finally she threatened you out of your rights after your husband's death and that is not ok. Sounds to me like she will be threatening you to withhold your son's college education whenever she can. Have you demanded any proof that your son would get this college money? Has she opened a blocked account under his name and put the money in? Has she signed a document saying she would pay for it? I am guessing not. I suggest you demand she opens the account now. You can threaten to sue her for lying about the reasons behind your signing the rights away on a notarized document. You can prove easily that you have held jobs if that's the case. You may even be able to threaten to sue back to get the control again. You can come up with lots of reasons such as her not being mentally stable (use the OCD and suicide threats to that effect. I am not saying you should go ahead with all of this, it is rather ugly, but you can use it as leverage to get the account for your son's college.. Finally: document, document and document. Document every visit your son makes to his grandma. Keep the dates and times and places in a journal. Keep receipts for petrol, train, plane, restaurants, shopping, anywhere he goes to with his grandmother. Record phone calls and keep a log of every call she makes to you and what is being said. If she does sue for visitation, you will then easily be able to prove the child sees her regularly already and that she is threatening you and emotionally abusing you to get what she wants. You can then explain that is the reason why you are unwilling to let her alone with the child. Also write down in the journal your son's behaviour after he comes back from his grandma's. Keep it simple and factual: what, when. What is he saying? What is he doing? How long after the visit? For how long does the behaviour continue?. . EDIT: check if the grandparents rights law is still in place where you are. If not, then just cut off the links once you've had your son's college sorted. I am in Ireland myself and grandparents can go to court for access to children here.. . I hope this helps.

no need for modeling school. 1) make sure you have good posture and confidence no matter what your height. 2)if your short go for print modeling. 3) type in on your computer "(name of your city) modeling agencies" . 4) print out the adresses of the ones that accept submissions [a submission includes 2 PROFESSIONAL headshots as in done by a PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER and 1 full body shot, a resume, and a short but sweet cover letter]. 2) once you get your pictures taken send out those submissions. 3) cross your fingers and hope for the best. 4) if one likes your look then they will call you or send you a note saying they would like an interview with you. 5) go to the interview and be VERY professional, plus its a bonus if they seem to get along with you tho this is rare i know my agent got along with me just beacause when she asked if i collect anything (i answered that i collect collector Barbies) she was ecstatic because she collects them too

how to write a business plan?

after filing marriage certificate, last name change?

This is really too complicated to discuss here, and you'll need to have an individualized plan in order to determine whether it will help.. . However, the only way a trust can reduce Federal estate taxes is for it to allocate assets to be used for the benefit of the surviving spouse, while not belonging to that spouse, thereby using the separate $2 million exemption (for 2008) for each spouse.. . State inheritance taxes may differ, but a trust is unlikely to help for that.

It would be best if you could personalize each letter with the name of who you are contacting. You might be able to find a list from your local chamber of commerce. Be sure to include a few of business cards with each letter. You might want to include your contractor's license number after your signature. Your letter should be on letterhead with your business name, address, and phone numbers.
