When you change your name, certified copies were given to the Bank, Passport Agency, Employer etc.. . Start with the Bank and see if you can obtain a copy from any of them.. . Otherwise you will have to get a document drafted and Certified again, but this time for legal reasons it will have to done by a Solicitor who is going to charge ?150

Typical attorney fees are $150-200/hr for anything they do.

. . The Manager. . Dear Sir/Madam,. . I am writing to enquire about the current position offered at your buisness..... . This is just a general letter as I'm going to places with offers in the window, so I can't be very specific, so is this alright?.

At this point, you would probably have to petition the court where she is located in Texas to be appointed to oversee her affairs. You could try to do this on your own, but since you are doing this from halfway across the country, it would probably be easier if you could find an attorney in Texas to help guide you through the process. A general practice, estate planning, or family law attorney should be able to help. The state bar or bar association may be able to help you locate an attorney. Best of luck.

A business writing sample (without know what type of job you are applying for) could be an example of a business letter that you have drafted or written. They would be looking at formatting (if it is a clerical job) and also that you have a good command of the English language. Too many people are out looking for jobs and can't spell or write well - even though they graduated from high school.

I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home or to my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS.
