Even if you are leaving on good terms, some employers refuse to put it in writing for liability reasons, so don't take it personally. I would definitely ask your supervisor if they can be a reference when you apply apply for another job.

i will try to make this as short as poss. when i was little my parents bought a few acres of land, my grandma helped with the down payment, she didn't want my dad to be able to get the land if my parents divorced so it had my name on it and my grandma's. the deed was lost in a flood several years ago, the man they bought the property from has since passed away. i want to sell land as it is just sitting there and we aren't using it. my mom has been paying the taxes on it for about 25 years. what do i need to do to sell it? by the way my last name has changed twice since they signed my name on the land. i know it sounds bad but my grandma is in her 70's and i want to take care of it while she is still with us. i live in indiana..

A gene is a segment of DNA that codes for a polypeptide or a functional RNA. There are two main steps in making a protein from DNA: transcription and translation..

what are good company objectives for a small business?

how do i invite?

Legal contracts are formed when a certain number of conditions are in place. They are not reliant on lawyers or legal advisors, they can be made between any two parties who intend to create legal relations with each other. A contract doesn't even need to be on paper for it to be enforceable, although if you are putting in various terms then it helps if it IS on paper.. . As long as there is clear intent for this to be a legal relationship and that all parties are of sound mind and legal age then a contract can be made. Both parties are giving something to the contract, the maid is doing work and you are paying her for that work.. . The only reason that people would turn to expert legal advice when drawing up a contract is because contracts often need to be water tight, particularly in business. If you leave holes in terms and conditions then people will often exploit those holes.. . Make sure that you are not asking anything of your employee that would contravene local employment law or her human rights.
