• Matthew H. McArdle joined the Firm in July, 2006, and became a partner of the Firm in January, 2010.? Matthew focuses his practice on estate planning, corporate law, real estate, litigation, appeals, personal injury, and general litigation. Matthew represents his clients in a smart, effective way, he is able to identify an issue, and implements a logical solution that allows his clients to move forward with their lives.   Matthew received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2002, and received a B.A. from Siena College in 1999. Born and raised in the North Country, Matthew grew up in Chateaugay, New York, and graduated from Chateaugay Central School in 1995.

  During law school, Matthew earned Deans’ List honors for all four of his eligible semesters, and was ranked 11th in his class of 201 students. Matthew was also a member of the Albany Law Review, and served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Law Review. To honor his law school accomplishments, Matthew received the 2012 Saratoga Bar Association Scholarship award.

  Prior to joining the Firm, Matthew clerked for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department in Albany, and also worked for Hinman Straub, a prominent Albany law firm.

  In addition to effective legal representation, Matthew enjoys devoting his free time to charitable causes. He is a board member of the Greater Malone Community Fund, the co-founder and a board member of the Franklin County Down Syndrome Society, and volunteers his time coaching local youth sports.
