When changing childs last name after marriage, will I be required to notify father?

Okay, okay, cliche time. Just write from your heart. Tell them what you told us: That this teacher really helped you throughout the school year. Just go into more detail (if possible.) Tell them how the teacher teaches, why you liked them, what you think this teacher could offer, and again how this teacher helped you. Obviously this teacher feels close enough to you and regards you pretty highly to ask you to write a reference letter, so just say what you feel. Of course, and I don't believe it's true according to what you wrote, if you didn't like the teacher, then politely decline. However it seems this teacher had an impact on you so just write what I mentioned above, and I'm sure your teacher will be grateful. Good luck :)

where do I buy a resume form to fill out for a job application?

d be calling/leaving msgs and texts" So i just said no I was busy but then I spoke to the co worker about all this and she said the best friend just said that I wasn't putting in effort with her and it's not like everytime we get together, it has to be all three of us (which I understand cuz it's not high school drama or anything) but regardless, they've been meeting up, going to each other's houses and the new friend would txt me saying "hey I'm at so and so restaurant, waiting for (best friend), come by if you are free!" so I just said I'll pass cuz it's not like I was included when they made the plans in the first place. Anyways, the new friend invited me last min. about three times & I know she was only doing it cuz she felt bad. But I never went and said "I'll pass, you guys enjoy".

If you are overseas your witness must be a lawyer, notary or a British Embassy official. If you are resident in UK your witness can be any UK resident who has known you for a year, is not related to you and does not live at the same address. So I don't think your friend can sign.. .
