Send the letter off again giving them one last chance to comply, as it will look good if you do have to complain officially, and it will also be quicker than putting in an official complaint. It should do the trick!. . Alternatively, if they still refuse (which is very unlikely), I have a detailed guide on how to lodge a complain with the Information Commissioner who will force the bank to comply.. . You don't have to settle for anything less than 100%, and as long as you follow the correct procedures listed on my site, you have a very good chance of getting back all your charges.. . Have a look at the guides on my site below which explain every step in detail. We also have template letters, and the latest bank charge news and developments, to help people claiming. On top of that we have a forum for one to one help and support with your claim.. . The site is free to use!

In most states, if the wife cannot make medical decisions for herself then the decisions would fall to her husband (that is if she doesn't have a medical POA). The husband can decide to continue with the pregnancy, though many places will ask the husband if he is sure that is what his wife would have wanted. The fact that she is comatose and pregnant makes her health and condition at risk regardless. If her condition changes significantly, especially if on the decline AND the decline can be said to be 100% attributable to the pregnancy, then the doctors will revisit the issue with the husband - but it is still up to the husband on whether to continue. The doctors cannot just take this decision away from the husband without a VERY good reason.
