Ideas On What I Should Draw?

Characterstics of business.

My son was born 5 years ago in ct my husband and i were not married at the time and my mother convinced me to give him a hyphenated name. we have since gotten married and have 2 other children and he is now in school. so i feel that it would be best to drop the hyphen and make his last name the same as everyone else. i have been trying to do this for years and have been getting the run around. so i thought i would try my luck here and see if just maybe i could get some good advice to lead me in the right direction. thank you for taking the time to read this and any advice you give. please no lame remarks this is a serious question and i would appreciate serious answers thank you.. i have been to the court explained to them exactly what i wanted to do the clerc gave me the paperwork and before i sent it in b/c there was money involved i called the office it would be going to and explained to them what i was trying to do and they told me it was wrong i needed to do something else but they didnt know what.

Ok, I've made up my mind to petition the court for a name change. I've researched the procedures for the state where I live (NC). . I've been miserable with my last name all my life, for a number of reasons. I want to take my grandmother's (or great-grandfather's) surname because no one believes me when I tell them I have Spanish blood (my grandmother's side came from Spain). Also, my legal last name is very ugly and I have always wanted a beautiful last name.. . Here is my problem. I know that when I change my name, I am going to have to change ALL my documents- driver's licence, passport, bank account, etc.. . I'm going abroad at the end of April and I'll need my passport. Do I have enough time to get my name change before my trip???. Do I have to get my passport changed before I go abroad?? I don't want to ruin my trip but I REALLY want to get my name changed because I HATE it!. . :).

I was fired while on medical leave. What is the California code I need to TELL my attorney to research?

How do you obtain Power Of Attorney over spouse because he has been incarcerated?
