lawyer Hamilton, William J. Reviews

Yes, having an MJ card can affect the cost of future health care insurance. Insurance companies can use the "previous condition" clause to increase your rate. Health care insurance is a business, and businesses want to make money, not pay out money, and the assumption would be that anyone who is sick enough to need an MJ card would continue to need a higher level of health care in the future.
