How to approach a business owner by email?

any advice on estate and will planning?

I am a welfare recipient who is with a severely limited capacity from employment for medical reasons which I don't want to disclose online.. . The bank sent me, a welfare recipient, a forwarded offer by mail 5 years ago saying I prequalify for a credit card, and there are no application forms to fill in. I gladly sent back the letter saying I accepted it, received the credit card 2 weeks later and made good payments ever since. Then 4 years ago they sent another letter saying I prequalify for a line of credit, and again I accepted.. . Over the years I made good payments to the credit card on its due date through the line of credit, and the line of credit was gradually piling up and I try my best to pay as much as I can each month. It was a convenient ride as I was able to buy some things which I could not afford before.. . But then they offered me a gold card three weeks ago by phone, and this offer again I accepted. Then I called my bank for the reason of wanting to decrease the limit on that card out of concern for credit card fraud. The lady on the phone was nice and explained the zero liability and there was nothing to worry about, and she advised me not to pursue a decrease as it may be hard to increase it later on. So I then decided to keep the limit at the higher level in case I might bring my car to a mechanic, and I told her all this and she said okay, it will NOT be decreased.. . But then I found out in online banking that the decrease was mistakenly done somehow to the lower limit, and I called them back to bring it back to the old higher limit, but they say it is not possible as I will first have to requalify for the higher limit! But then the REAL shock came in when he told me I do not qualify for the higher limit as I have no employment income!. . This is too shocking because somehow I was able to prequalify before, but on the phone I don't qualify for ANYTHING, I don't think I even qualify for an ordinary credit card or a line of credit which has a very high limit!. . They say I don't qualify for any additional credit such as the higher limit I had before because I have no employment income, but I only qualify for the credit card and line of credit which I now have which would be impossible to get over the phone but only possible through the mail like the prequalified offers they sent to me before all this happened. The guy on the phone said he could not explain how I can get a gold card or a line of credit, and all he knows is I don't qualify for any credit whatsoever over the phone...this is very strange!. . How can all these conflicting credit prequalifications / disqualifications happen???. I still can't understand how I was offered a gold card just three weeks ago and with no employment income, and then my old higher limit can not be restored.. . Because of my medical condition I had to be on welfare as a "last resort". They still say people with a disability can claim government income for credit applications, but I don't know what is the difference between severely limited capacity and disability, I guess the former is not income while the latter is, somehow income..

Do you know where online I can find one for free that I can save on my computer for future use? I am in the state of Texas, not sure if that matters. Thanks..
