Litigation

So I will try to sum this up in a nutshell the best I can. I had my son in January of this year. His father and I split up but we are still married. We are not even legally separated yet because he hasn't signed the papers. Recently we sent our son down to his parent's house in FL (we live in NC) because I had some legal issues to deal with and he got deployed. I got a DUI a few years back (before my son was ever even conceived) and had to serve some time in jail, do some community service, etc. So we sent him down to spend time with his grandparents. When I got done with my court stuff I had asked them to bring our son back up. They asked if they could keep him a little longer to spend time with him because they would not know when the next time they would see him. My son's father and I both agreed. A few weeks later (now) I have been asking my ex's parents to please return our son to me for a little over a week now. Here's the kicker. With all the stress I have found out that my mind had flown the coop and I have now missed my last court date for all my legal stuff and there is now a bench warrant out for my arrest (misdemeanor) for failure to show. All I have to do is go to court with my signed paperwork from my probation and everything and I'm good to go but now since there is a warrant I would either have to bail (I can't afford it) myself out or sit in jail until my court date. So now my ex's parents are using this against me and refusing to give my son back to me saying that if I go down there they will call the cops on me. They won't even answer my phone calls, email me back or call me back just to let me know how he is doing on top of not returning him to me. Now, I am fully aware of my situation and take full responsibility but I want my son to be up here with my father and the rest of my family while I take care of my legal issues. I just want to get my son here first because if I cannot bail myself out I will have to sit in jail until my next court date and if I am in there I don't have a say in anything that goes on with my son. I have a power of attorney from my son's father stating that he gives me permission to take custody of our son while he is overseas. I do not know if he gave one to his parents that says the same but mine says that there shall be no third party to revoke it, only by him and it has to be in written form which even then it will take 60 days from a written notice to be in effect. I have no received any such letter. There is no custody paperwork that has been filed by the court what-so-ever. Myself and my son's father have legal joint parental custody since his birth and no one else. Basically, what I'm wondering is if there is a way that I can call the police and get them to give me my son without being picked up when going to get him or arrested on the spot. That will do no one any good. I want to get my son, give him to my father and have him take him in his care and then go turn myself into the police station to get this mess squared away but I do not want to leave him with my ex's parents because they are childish and immature and when they get "mad" at something they play the silent revenge treatment using their own grandchild, MY child, as leverage. My ex couldn't afford the funds to send ALL of the child support to them last month in one sitting and had to split it up and because of that they told him never to call them again and refused to keep him informed about his own son. That's THEIR OWN SON they are doing that to, with HIS own child. Now, we have gotten into a small argument and they have cut off all communication with me to my own son. It's like they use our child as bait for revenge when they don't get their way. That is not doing what is best for the child, keeping him away from his own parents because of some stupid argument that has nothing to do with him. And I can't get a hold of my ex because he is in Iraq. Basically I have to wait for him to call me. Would there be a way I could send my dad down there to get my son if I gave him a power of attorney for me stating he may act as me and take my child and then he also take the power of attorney from my son's father stating I have custody while he is gone? Will my charge with a warrant effect that? My dad said it should not because there is no legal court paperwork on custody and until there is I still have legal custody no matter what and can take him and place him where I want. Sorry this is so long and drawn out but I wanted to put in as many details as possible. And I don't want people writing me back telling me I need to take care of my legal issues, blah blah, I know that and I am asap but I don't want to sit in a jail for a week or two and get out to find out two crazies have run off with my son and I don't know where they are or how to find them. I'm asking for serious answers on if I can do any of the things I mentioned above or what the best way would be to go about fixing this solution without. And please don't answer with any sarcastic remarks either. I'm just asking for serious advice, not to be crapped on by your unnecessary behavior by getting told I'm a bad mother or I should think of doing this or that instead. It's rude. If you don't have any serious advice then don't leave a comment. Thank you..

The teacher writes the letter of recommendation to the school.. . However, if you want to practice good etiquette you should write a quick letter (typed) to the teacher you are asking the recommendation of. In the letter you should explain why you are seeking the recommendation (example: you really have enjoyed that teacher's class, the way they have always helped you out, they have been a mentor to you, etc...). Be sure to include an addressed and stamped envelope to the school that you need the letter sent that way the teacher can easily just drop it in the mail. Hand deliver the letter and tell the teacher thank you in advance and that it would mean a lot to you if they wrote you a letter.. . Finally, after the teacher sends the letter, write a hand written thank you card to the teacher.. . Hope this helps!
