I need help finding a good probate lawyer for child support issues?

Lillian is a bit hard to remember for most. I sign my art Lilli, for short...but if someone told you my name, most would assume it's 'l-i-l-y' ...if that makes sense. SO - I live in Missouri, and would like to change all my business info to reflect 'Lily' instead, but is this a legal shortened form, or must I file for a legal change of name?. . I'm thinking it might be a legal shortened nick for it, though the spelling has me worried. The etymology shows its link between the two, but from a layperson/courthouse/bankteller view - I don't know!. . Please help - and only if you truly do honestly know for sure. No offense, but I'm baffled enough already, so those who are clueless like me need not apply, lol!. . Thanks to you all,. Lilli HK. ML, thank you dear, you're brilliant! I'll check into the DBA scenario, as my nickname will also be my studio name as well -. . Many thanks to you from this befuddled brain!. . Lilli HK.

I am not familiar with Utah law but it is illogical for anyone to require an operating agreement for an LLC with only one owner.

You would have to be above whatever the age of majority is where you live, as it is a legal document & without your parents permission it is invalid.. . However, you are free to call yourself whatever you want.. If you want to change your name, simply tell everyone your new name & stop responding to the old one. It really is that simple.. It will be perfectly legal as long as the new name is used exclusively & the change was not made with intent to defraud, so if you have incurred any debts or committed any crimes under your old name, then you cannot evade them by a change of name.. . I changed my name without any legal documents & it was fine.

Generally, all PoA forms are generic...they don't vary to much state-to-state.. . Try Microsoft Office templates and just google sample power of attorney and then change it to fit your needs.

I need a autoresponder for mysite .I have a form built into my template but I want to fins a script I can use anything that will foward people information to my email box .. . If you have any information any codes I appericate at it this will help me out alot .. . Later.
