We live in California. We want to set up living trust for our kids, and we met a lawyer, who asked $5000. Our friend just recently did their living trust which cost $2000 (they had existing living trust). How much should it really cost? Is $5000 too much?.

When it comes to managing your budget, the next best thing to saving money is earning extra money. You may be thinking that you are busy enough with school, kids, and work right now and just don't have time to take a second (or third!) job.

The teacher uses words like fag, fag-got, nigger, poor ass and everything in between almost daily. This type of stupid language is making the guy feel bad and depressed, I gave him pep talks but you know, he has to hear this stuff everyday.. . So if this was a BIGger type of place I'd have no problem going to the school myself (its not my kid) but I'd go and flip the HE double hockey sticks out. BUT this is like a town of 1,000 people so he makes things more complicated. It could bring hardship to some of the kids, maybe parents too. BUT this lousy 'teacher' needs to be outted for his hate also. I'd LOVE to educate the 'teacher' but not for sure how to do it. Anyone have any suggestion's on how to do this without causing scandal or hurting/outting/embarrassing the kids?. . I already tried to send an email to the school BUT the school is so little that they don't even have a website. So please help. Thanks again.. . OH and the lil dude I'm friends with sure don't want his parents involved so????. Those words are like F*&G, or F*&got, N*gg*r, and things like that.

Act Sequence . Form and order of the event. The aunt's story might begin as a response to a toast to the grandmother. The story's plot and development would have a sequence structured by the aunt. Possibly there would be a collaborative interruption during the telling. Finally, the group might applaud the tale and move onto another subject or activity..

To get your name changed, you have to publish it in a newspaper beforehand. Do you have to put your name and your intended name change in the paper or is it just the case number/date/etc?.

I know a guy who is getting ready to have a baby with some girl. She does not want to give the baby his last name. What are the laws in NJ regarding this?.
