Not trying to be anti-semite here but the problem has always been about land. And their methods to regain it has been quite controversial. It often involved settlement buildup in a host country followed by organized riots to partition the country into separate domains.. . It is not a simple hate of their religion or even of bigotry because the repeated violence is not only frequent, but is ignited in a single instance that spans whole communities and often - an entire nation. Whole towns would gather together and destroy any Jewish business in a matter of hours for insane reasons like a Jewish bar owner getting into a fight with a non-Jewish customer who broke a glass and refused to pay for it. This demonstrates a long impending buildup of stresses in a hidden current of society. The rallying cry in many of these mob stories is that the "Jews have owned us for far too long!". Even Jesus couldn't resist the stress.. . One of the more notable types of businesses that Jews would often set up was the practice of usury or loan-sharking. Another was the pawn business. These types of businesses rapidly paved the way for them to build a bigger community of wealth accumulation such as whiskey farms, bars, and commodity stores - ultimately leading to large tract land ownerships. Indeed, much of the Jewish districts that they had developed from nothing at all became highly affluent and highly commercial. It is suspected that they practiced both financial and real-estate discrimination against non-Jewish people and may explain the hidden current of animosity that builds up over time. A good example of this is the discriminatory practices of land management by the ILA in Israel.. . When these Jewish communities became large enough and a formidable power in a host country, political movements were enacted by the Jewish to partition it into a type of Israel.. . Problems such as these were first identified in the UK with an anthropologic discourse that created the term the "Jewish Question" in 1790. It rose to popularity and produced numerous literature on solutions to their landless problem. Then came Karl Marx - a Jewish author who wrote the theory of Communism - a type of living system based on the Jewish idea of "kahal". His publication went viral which caught the attention of one Adolf Hitler who believed the Jews were spreading communism to gain back their land. He then promised a solution to the Jewish Question with a plan to create their Israel on the island of Madagascar.. . The "Madagascar Plan" was written and signed in December 1938 by Hitler but wasn't mobilized until 1940 with the Franco-German armistice of June 25 where Germany agreed to a non-agression pact with France in exchange for their territory of Madagascar for the purposes of Jewish re-settlement. Construction on the Warsaw Ghetto halted - as it would no longer be needed. It instead, became a staging area for the eventual deportation to Madagascar.. . Two months later on August 15, the Plan was detailed and relased as "Reichssicherheitshauptamt: Madagaskar Projekt" however, many officials did not respond due to other pressing matters and the Plan lapsed and eventually died when a faction from the Allies invaded Madagascar and nullified the France treaty.. . The failure of this Plan was the straw that broke the camel's back. It was the last peaceful option for the deportation of the Jews from Europe. Prior to this Plan, it was hoped that the Jews could be exported out of Poland and the Greater Germanic Empire to 32 alternative countries which prompted a formal meeting called the Evian Conference. However, the two biggest players in this conference - the USA and the UK - refused to take in the Jewish population and the conference collapsed into failure. As Hitler's war devolved into catastrophe, a last minute change in plans appeared called the "Final Solution" proposed by Heinrich Himmler.. . What was originally thought to be an honest war against the rising tide of communism turned into an ugly fascist tornado as major problems developed.. . It remains to be seen if future holocausts will continue to plague the Jewish people even with the restoration of their land.

If the person seeking to change the last name of a child in Georgia is not the parent, both parents must be served (and written consent must be obtained).. . Wait until proceedings take place at the court to move to change the child's name within 60 days from the date of service upon parents, if there are no objections filed..

The ONLY purpose I can see to the on line classes is for someone who is required to take a certain number of hours of class for their license - but don't really care if they learn anything.. . For YOUR purposes, get the live classes. The information, not the credit is what should interest you. Also, since you plan on flipping, do not get a real estate license. Learn all the stuff, but don't take the licensing exam. If you do, you must disclose to interested parties that you're a licensed real estate agent in the state. This will put them on the defensive - they'll assume you know more than them and will take advantage of them.
