Ms. Cynthia J. Waterson's experience in the field of developmental disabilities spans over 20 years. While working on her undergraduate degree at California State University, Long Beach, she interned at Lanterman Developmental Center in Pomona. She then worked for the Coastline Community College, Adult Education at Fairview Developmental Center in Costa Mesa. Her senior project took her to the Devereux Foundation in Santa Barbara for a six-month internship. Following an intensive training program in behavior modification, she worked for the next seven years as a behavior specialist with children and adults with developmental disabilities in community group homes and day programs. The following eight years found her at the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center as a Service Coordinator. Her interest in the legal system involving her consumers landed her in law school in 1993. While working full time and taking classes at night at Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, Ms. Waterson (then Cynthia Beatty) graduated in May 1997 and passed the July 1997 California State Bar Exam. Following her admission into the California State Bar, Ms. Waterson worked for the Los Angeles County Council as litigation attorney representing the Department of Children and Family Services. She then accepted an offer by the Lanterman Regional Center to return as contract attorney to support the legal needs of their consumers living in state developmental centers. The Law Office of Cynthia J. Beatty opened in 1998. Ms. Beatty joined partnership with Ms. Pat Huth in 2001 and the firm evolved into Beatty & Huth, LLP. Ms. Beatty married in 2002 and the firm again evolved into the current Waterson & Huth, LLP. Ms. Waterson's primary practice areas of interest include conservatorships, Special Needs Trusts, guardianships, civil commitments, and elder law. Her pro bono work includes providing services to the Alliance for Children's Rights Guardianship Project in Los Angeles and volunteering for the Compton Courthouse Conservatorship Clinic.

For awhile, I had my CL & resume together as one document. Then, some places have "cover letter" and "resume" uploading sections. On the application that I just completed, they ask for the "resume" to be pasted into the box. So that was all I placed there. I'm worried that it looks bad to not have a cover letter. I know the contact information of the lady in charge, but I don't know if i should ask if she wants it, or just e-mail it, or if I should wait?. . Please give me advice. I'm going to be an excellent employee, if only I could get a job.. this is for an RN position..
Anyone able to offer some advice?.
I need to write one for planning class and Im not sure what should I put in the three paragraphs and the type of layout it should be in. Any examples would help alot, thanks..
Art. 3030. Acts of the mandatary after principal's death. The mandatary is bound to complete an undertaking he had commenced at the time of the principal's death if delay would cause injury.. Acts 1997, No. 261, ?1, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.. . There's additional information on a few of the legal websites that state: if the power of attorney contains wording which states that it is irrevocable, then the power of attorney is not terminated upon the death of the donor.
. A couple of additional points:. . You are not required to give a reason why you are vacating but may do so if you choose to. . The walk through can be conducted anytime after you have moved the last of your possessions and you have thoroughly cleaned the place. It's better to wait closer to the end of the month of April to arrangement a time when you have a better idea exactly what day you'll be ready.
Changing your name will not affect any criminal record you have, since your new name will be connected to your former name, probably through your SSN or other identifiers.
