So I want to write a thank you letter to a guy who gave me scholarship money. Should I type it or write it?.

Ok so im 18 and i have a baby on the way, now i hate my last name because i just do for personal reasons. Ive always had problems with my last name and i don't want my baby to have the same plus nothing goes with it. So i wanna change my last name on my birth certificate my social security and my texas license before the baby gets here so i can put mine and the baby's last name as my mothers maiden last name. how do i legally go by this? where do i have to go and what do i have to do?.

Almost everything in real estate is negotiable. What you pay in commission etc. Please remember it is not what company you hire, rather what agent. Interview at least 3 agents, and ask some or all of the following questions.. . Question #1: How Long Have You Been Practicing Real Estate? . This question will reveal more than just years practicing. You want to delve down into the number of transactions, average price range, specialized areas and types of homes they?ve purchased or sold. You also want to know how productive they?ve been in each year in practice. Some agents in business less than five years may have more experience than other agents in business 10 years or more! You want to know how many brokers they?ve worked for, and what kind of experience they have that will apply directly to your real estate situation.

We live in California and have owned this prop since 1990. She wants to hand it down but doesn't know who to turn to for the transfer. Talked w/ sev agents and they only know transactions w/in their states..
