We would like to change our son's last name (biological) to our married name. Long story short I didn't get married to him immediately following our son's birth, so I gave our son my maiden name. We are now married and would like to change his last name as well. We are both listed on his birth certificate. How can I do that? He was born in Maryland, but we just moved to Oklahoma a month ago..

I need a format/sample letter?

police team,. I am sorry for speeding and I will pay the ticket but I will try to make sure this doesn't happen again. your sincerely (your name here)

For Vista: just go to Start, Control Panel, then "Clock, Language and Region", then "Change keyboards or other input methods", under the "Keyboards and Languages" tab, click "Change Keyboards", then click "Add" under "General" tab, choose "Chinese (PRC)" and tick "Chinese (Simplified) - Microsoft Pinyin IME". Then click ok. Now you need to show the language bar (if it does not already appear on your taskbar). Go back to where the General tab is (under "Text Services and Input Languages"), go to "Language Bar" tab, choose "Docked in the Taskbar" or "Floating on Desktop" (if you choose "Floating on Desktop", you will see the language bar appearing at the top right hand corner of your desktop). Don't choose "Hidden". Then if you want to write in Chinese, just click the language bar and choose Chinese. And you are done!. . For XP: go to Start, Control Panel, click "Date, Time, Language and Regional Options", choose "Regional and Language Options", under "Languages" tab, ensure that "Install files for East Asian Languages" is checked. If not, check it and it will prompt you to insert your XP CD. Follow the instructions on the screen.. . If it is already checked/you have installed the languages from your XP CD, under "Text Services and Input Languages", click "Details".Then click "Add" to install the Chinese language pack just like Vista and click ok. If your language bar has not appeared on the desktop, under "Preferences" (which is where you can see the previous "Add" button), click "Language Bar". Select "Show the language bar on the desktop" and click ok for all. Then you can type in Chinese by clicking the language bar and choosing Chinese.. . Hope this helps!

Power of Attorney gives you permission to take action on the person's account in the areas the POA specifies. If you act erroneously or fraudulently you can have some liability.. . You have a fiduciary responsibility to manage the funds appropriately. So long as you do so, there is no problem. However if you spend someones money irresponsibly or on unauthorized things, then you may be on the hook for what you have done.. . For example, if as POA you are responsible to pay the mortgage each month & you forget to send the payment on time when the funds were available for payment, then you would be responsible personally for the late fee.
