My x-wife has been lying in this divorce case from the beginning.. She closed couple of bank accounts before going to lawyer to file a case against me. She denied my first payment of $800 towards child support (it was in form of a rental checque). She hid the jewelery and said there is no jewelery involved in our marriage. She transferred a handsome amount in her brother's wife account in last July. I told everything to my lawyer about these things and he is asking for discover dates from opposing lawyer. What could be the outcomes of this discovery? Has anyone gone through this process?. I also provided the photographs of her wearing jewelery at marriage time.. The accounts closed were because she widthrow money from it. She did not disclose or mentioned about those accounts in disclosure..
