It would be best if you could personalize each letter with the name of who you are contacting. You might be able to find a list from your local chamber of commerce. Be sure to include a few of business cards with each letter. You might want to include your contractor's license number after your signature. Your letter should be on letterhead with your business name, address, and phone numbers.

That would be giving legal advice and illegal since I'm not a lawyer. Nor should you rely on complete strangers who likely as not know even less than I do. You need an attorney, and your taped statement is useless.

Financial counseling, planning, & estate work.. . Only if you work in Japan or with people from Japan. Unlikely at the low end of the industry in the UK.

Hi, I am writing a business letter for school (8th grade). I am writing it to Hyundai/Kia to tell them that they are making good cars recently and that they should build a dealer in my area. I am mostly done with it. My teacher has been saying that lots of kids who wrote letters in previous years got free stuff sent to them (makeup, large jelly belly tub, free movie edition light saber are things the teacher listed). So this is a formal letter and I can't say "SEND MEH FREE STUFFS NAOW!", so how would I hint at wanting them to possibly send me one of those diecast models they have at dealers without being too rude (I don't think that is too much to ask, I am thinking of the 1:18 size ones)? . Anyone have ideas?. yeaaaaaaaaaaah...well I already wrote this one (and btw if you don't know about cars, you don't know that Hyundais/Kias are pretty good and stylish cars) maybe on my free time i'll write to Ferrari or Lamborghini or Aston Martin or whatev. but any suggestions for now?.

    Job application - covering letter....?
