The format is pretty much the same as in English. Instead of "Dear [whoever]," write:. . [person's name here]??. . and at the end, instead of "Sincerely, [your name here]", write:. . [your name]?. . If you're sending the letter from outside of Korea, write the address in your country's language. How would your postal system know where to send it if the address was in some foreign language?

Whether this makes sense depends on the type of benefits you are receiving. If you are receiving Social Security Disability Insurance and Medicare, then the inheritance does not affect your eligibility for those benefits. If you are receiving Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") or Medicaid, then the inheritance may reduce or disqualify you from receiving those benefits. In addition, there may be other benefits you are receiving (such as housing assistance or utility assistance) that may or may not be affected by the inheritance.. . Assuming that you are on SSI, your attorney's plan could still reduce your SSI since cash from any source of ANY amount may reduce your SSI benefit. It is also possible other government benefits may be affected even if you are only receiving $500 a month ($6,000 a year).. . You should ask your attorney if he or she is familiar with government benefits for disabled people. If your attorney is not, then you probably should consult with an attorney familiar with government benefits. Usually, this will be a disability, Medicaid or elder care attorney.. . If the inheritance is going to reduce your benefits, then you could explore creating a Supplemental Needs Trust (also called a Special Needs Trust). The rules for this type of Trust may vary from state-to-state and the regulations and requirements are complex. I am only familiar with the laws in NJ so any information I provided is general in nature and not a substitute for legal advice.

Not sure if I understand this. Does this mean the title is held under the banks name until loan is paid off? Please explain this in simple terms :). . What is a trustee to the trustor mean?.
