What do you think of Universal Health Care in the US?

Green Bay will draft the best player on their draft board, so it's not a lock that they will get an OT. Personally, I think GB will trade down though. The talent level from where they draft is about the same as in the 2nd Round. Therefore, I see GB trading down to get another 2nd and maybe 3rd Round pick. I think they will draft on OT in the 2nd Round and I am also hoping to land either Dexter McCluster or Joe McKnight. They are speedy and explosive running backs, but they are not every down backs. I think they would be another weapon for our already dynamic offense.

The founders used the death penalty frequently it is in no way, shape or form, unconstitutional. Another Supreme Court might strike it down, as before, but it will be back because Americans just don't accept life sentences as justice for the worst crimes. Our prisons are run by the convicts thanks to decades of leftist crusaders, so voters ask why should our worst murderers be rewarded by being sequestered in an anarchistic playground where they may compete for power and pleasure and continue to use violence to further their sick desires? Prison reform wont work either, because they get a lawyer and access to the internet and all the time they want in the library to "work on their appeals," etc... and their rights have become too solidified to change through legislative process.. . The cost is irrelevant, as justice is subject to free market forces. Taxpayers will pay what has to be paid for what they consider justice.. . It is in no sense murder to put a despicable criminal to death. It isn't murder to kill an enemy soldier who has never hurt anyone, who loves his family and is just serving his country, nor is it murder to rid the world of some of its most sickening villains.

Why not a special power of attorney limited to dealing with the property?. . Use the form required under the law of your Indian state. A US form would be notarized rather than signed as a deed (as assume is Indian form) and might or might not be honoured.. . If you can't deliver good title there will be problems. Listen your your conveyancer.

If they do acknowledge the claim, they then have 14 days to submit a defence (making 28 days in total from the date the claim was served). If they don't then you can again request a "Judgement by Default", and get back your charges, interest and court fees as above.. . If they file a defence, then you and the bank get an "Allocation Questionnaire" to fill in. Some judges dismiss the case at this stage, as the bank can't win, so again you win. If this doesn't happen, a hearing date is allocated. The bank will most likely either back out before the hearing, or won't turn up in court. Again you win the case and get your charges, interest and fees.. . Follow the correct procedures and you stand a good chance of getting your charges back! Its important to send all letters to the bank and courts by recorded delivery, so you can prove they were received, and more importantly when they were received (which you can find from the tracking section of the Royal Mail web site).. . Also make sure that you send all letters to the banks head office, and not your local branch. Don't phone the bank either, as this can delay things and you have no proof of whats been said.. . Have a look at my site below which has detailed step by step guides to the whole process of claiming your charges back. It also has template letters you can put your details into and send to the bank, and forums for one to one advice. We also have a guide to filing your claim in court online, which is unique to the site.
