Wedding Photography Contracts.....?

I had a car accident in late 2011. Got some bills to pay. Was represented by an attorney who advised me to give my health insurance information to biller. One of them did not want to get my health insurance information from me. He wanted my attorney to give him the info himself...which he did in january 2012. . Fast forward to january 2013, that same biller calls me and tells me that he was not able to bill the health insurance. He said that he tried to contact my attorney several time to check on my insurance information and that he never called back after a year waiting. They are now fed up with that bill and want me to pay immediately about 3000 dollars.. Problem is that my attorney gave them the right information and they indeed filed for an insurance claim with my health insurance in June 2012. The claim was denied because the health insurance asked them to provide additional informations to process the claim and the biller never got back to them. I contacted my health insurance at the time when i realized something was up but they told me that this is not something i could help with and that this is the kind of information only the biller would have. Just had to be patient.. Well... i guess the biller realized this a month ago and it is now too late to file for a new claim. Now they want me to pay.. I told them they f***ed up and the only thing i would be willing to pay would be what i would have owed if the claim was process correctly, which is 20 percent of the bill once the health insurance company pays the first 80 percent.. They are threatening me with a lawsuit. My attorney asked me to sit tight and let them sue me. This wont go anywhere.. Any advice ?. Thanks.

When I started my job, I believe I signed a contract stating I cannot obatin another job in the field I am working in (cleaning houses). If another job offers me more pay and hours, can I not accept another job if I terminate my employment with the company I am with?. . Thanks!.
