How avoid son having to pay whopping inheritance taxes on real estate?

The inmate signs a general power of attorney (giving you the authority to do all business on their behalf) or a special power of attorney (listing certain tasks, anything not listed is something you can't do).. . The exact form will vary from state to state, and a notary is usually required. The inmate MAY have access to this service in jail, depending on the facility.

You mean wanting to change the fathers name entirely from one person to another person? Or changing babies last name? If you are changing babies last name it's fairly easy (as long as baby is under a year old), you just go to the registrars office that issued the birth certificate and they will give you a form that has to be signed by you and the father. If you put the fathers name on the birth certificate and it's not the father you will need to go to court.

Nope, no such free resources available... Sorry about that..... . Good luck!

im 17, close to18 years of age, and i have my birth certificate (original), and a copy of my Social, but i do not have an original copy of my social, and i need one so i can get my state id. how old do i have to be and where can i go/call to file for another original?. Please Help! Thanks!.

My Goodness! I sure can't understand why you would ever think you should put this deadbeat sperm donors name on your wonderful son as a last name.
