What should I do after my grandpa dies?

Amer & Ica, First names only of twins

I have a dear friend that has excellent skills at writing letters. All types..If you have a situation, and need a formal response to be proud to present, this woman can do it. How do you think this type of businees would appeal to others?.

The grantor's family is probably going to try to have the document declared invalid for incompetency. The grantees shouldn't touch this estate with a ten foot pole if there is family that could make a claim. The first claim would be fraud in the inducement, overreaching and the like. Certainly they may be innocent of any such activity, but when someone is incompetent and signs such a document, the transaction certainly rises to the level of being suspicious to say the least.

Can an executor do this?

Thirdly the contract may not be legally binding. The Statute of Frauds outlines in what circumstances contracts require written evidence. For instance when buying property, when getting married, sale of goods over a certain amount and so on...without written evidence these contracts will be void.. . As such it is always better to get an agreement in writing, regardless of what it is for.
