  • Powell, Trachtman, Logan, Carrle & Lombardo, P.C. is a full service law firm that represents businesses and business people. The firm was formed in 1988 by attorneys who believe that the accepted model of what law firms do and how they do it needed to be re-engineered, for the simple reason that legal services as they were typically delivered were not consistently adding value to the business clients being served. In particular, Powell Trachtman maintains the belief that the majority of business clients have not been well-served by the consolidation of law firms into international mega-firms which focus primarily on the specialized needs of major, international companies. We provide an alternative. Powell Trachtman offers its clients the services of highly-qualified attorneys who choose to work in a different kind of law firm environment -- one in which they can provide personalized legal services, at a realistic cost, to businesses of all types and sizes.Owing to its unique approach to client service, Powell Trachtman has been recognized as one of the fastest growing and most successful firms in the region. Our clients include large, small, start-up and mature companies engaged in a wide variety of enterprises.

We have published extensively on the subject of preventive law, we have designed forms and procedures on which companies can rely to stay out of legal trouble, and we have lectured on these topics to lawyers and trade groups throughout the country. We provide legal audits" to identify potential problem areas that would benefit from a "preventive law" analysis; we provide customized training to managers and executives in the art of preventing potential lawsuits and liabilities; and we design and implement business-friendly forms and procedures that put claims avoidance concepts into real world practice.

Some of my favorite sites/blogs are below! Good luck!

irrevocable means nothing EVER changes. you knew that going into the trust arrangements. if that was never explained to you, your only choiceis to try and prove that to the judge, which is pretty difficult to do. most people make revocable living trusts.

Just google teaching resume templates. There are lots of websites that can help you, although not all of them are free. For the long run, it's worth having one professionally done. I paid for one and it was the best money I ever spent. You won't get it by Monday though, because you have to fill in long questionnaires.

I would suggest you start learning programming languages (HTML and CSS are not programming languages in case you didn't know) because that is what you are missing in order to do all those things. Just like I did, I would suggest you start with JavaScript (client-side language) followed by PHP (one of the popular server-side languages).

Difference between Family Lawyer and Estate Lawyer?

That I have not heard either. Although I have heard that they give away free condoms, so show up with a suitcase, fill it and go on your merry way.
