• Jennifer L. Finch attended Avila University for her undergraduate degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies. She obtained her legal education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she was recognized for outstanding service to the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Do surrogate mothers get paid?

There is no "set format" for contracts. Contracts do not even have to be written. But there are laws regulating contracts, such as the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the Unfair Contract Terms Acts 1977, 1999 etc.

If you don't think your mother would press charges then why not just tell her where you are going so she doesn't have to worry and file a missing persons report. If she gives permission for you to live there and gives them power of attorney you are good. Otherwise, 2 different websites says that Oregon could convict your friend's parents of harboring a runaway. Apparently it is a misdemeanor.

I have power of attorney over someone. Can I keep all the documents afterwards or do i have to return them af?

Can anyone help me with forms. . I want to have a form on a page, with perhaps 4 or 5 fields for the user to fill in, maybe use a drop down menu or two, for the user to to select options from. On submit all the info needs emailing to me. . My problem is I just dont get Perl, GCI, JAVA, Server extensions etc. My ISP is NTL, with free and basic webspace, they certainly dont have server externsions. . So my questions are these?. How can I get a form to work.?. Are there some templates out there i can use? . Can anyone desgin me a editable form with all files? . I'm on a budget, so I cant pay for anything, I just need somthing thats works with NTL webspace, something that I can customise.. Can someone help me with a template please? Thanks in advance..
