There are quite a lot of spelling and grammatical errors -- almost to the point that some sentences are difficult to interpret. Because your writing has so many errors, I take it that you are probably not a native English speaker. My first advice to you is to have a friend who has expert English writing skills to proofread your text.. . You need to treat your Terms and Conditions as a contract. Every word should have clarity, meaning, and purpose. Analyze each sentence word-for-word. Make sure each sentence is unambiguous and portrays what you intend. Needless to say, the Terms and Conditions should be free of any spelling and grammatical errors. Don't treat it like a casual email or text -- it's a professional, business document and should be written as such.. . Also, the content and organization of the agreement itself is very confusing. In one paragraph, you talk about rules for participating in a forum. In the next paragraph, you talk about restrictions of sharing "this software." However, you never define the relationship between the forum and the software or define which forum you are referring to.. . You also talk about being "reported" or having "legal actions" taken. However, those are empty threats without more detail as to what you mean. Who are you "reporting" to? What kind of "legal action" are you taking? No one is ever going to believe you will spend money (possibly thousands of dollars) to sue each individual using your software in court. It might be worth while to consider an alternative dispute resolution clause.. . In short, your Terms and Conditions needs substantial revisions.

It's a ver open ended question. I just want to know what YOU think makes a good writer. Thanks!. Honestly I find it kind of rude you'd ask that "ichthusfish". It's none of your business as to why I am or am not doing something. And for the record--it actually has to do with an inside joke I have with a friend. [=.

A general power of attorney only allows a person to make financial decisions. Speak for and in behalf of the person who has legally given them that right. If a person is competent mentally in their health care issues they don't need to sign over a power of attorney, however there is a separate one for health. Also some people do sign a living will or right to die.. which only means they do not want any artificial means to keep them alive in the event they are dying.

Can i be forced to change my last name after divorce?

Your credit history/credit file does not rely solely on a social security number. A defaulted credit card is a negative on your credit, with or without a SS#.

I am 80 years old and just found out that the last name that I have been using is not the name on my birth certificate. I was raised by my grandmother and had never seem my birth certificate. All my important papers are in the name I have been using. My social security card my military records, bank accounts and drivers license everything. So how do I go about changing my birth certificate to the name that I have always assumed was mine. I was born in Florida and I now reside in New York state.
