I would like to know websites related to sample Business emails?

What do they mean by "sufficient reason for a name change"?

When you call, ask the person who answers the phone if they know the name of the person you should talk to. I work at a restaurant and we get requests for donations all the time. We have one manager who accepts the written requests, then presents them to the owner, who makes the final decision as to whether we can make a donation, and if so, how much. There have been plenty of times where they just send a fax or letter "to whom it may concern" that gets put in the wrong bin, and by the time it gets to the right person, the event has passed.. . Once you fax/write/email, give them a few days, then follow up with a phone call to make sure they received the request and if so, whether they've had an opportunity to make a decision. Be persistent, but also understanding. It's a tough economy, so make sure you stress that any amount is helpful.

Help me gather together a checklist?

I had to change my name, it was so difficult to pronounce by some people, and when I decided to apply for citizenship it was a chance for me to change my name.. . On the N-400 there's a section where they will ask you if you wanted to have a name change. For me, that was where I made that change.. . **I just would like to add. For those that forgot to make the name change on the N-400, it's never too late. My husband Native-born name was so easy to pronounce, when he applied for Citizenship he choose not to make the change on the N-400 application, Long Story short, he wanted to be more americanized (LOL). During his interview with the officer, she had asked him if he wanted to change his name right after he aced the Test. He did. There was no delays what so ever, infact he got his oath summon 22 days after the interview.
