what is the acceptable color of ink to use when documenting medical notes in a medical chart?
I'm a 22 year old female in Texas and is having family issues with my mother.. I don't speak to her and she does not support me financially or emotionally in anyway or fashion, I graduated from Texas A&M and now am getting my second bachelors degree.. I need my mother's information to put on the FASFA, but we are no longer in contact with eachother.. is it possible for me to legally seperate all ties with my mother in a way that I would not need her tax information on my FASFA and also the issue of in the case I was in an accident, I would not want my mother to make any type of DNR or life support choices on my behalf. I want all ties to her cut, is this legally possible in the state of Texas, somewhat of an emancipation, but I am well over the age of 22..
