Litigation

I had citizenship intervew, my petition was denied. (I made a mistake and applied 2 months earlier). Officer said I can reapply at any time and I'll do so. ...But... In my application I stated that I want to change last name. During the interview the INS officer said b/c I got married before becoming a permanent resident no need to go thru legal name change procedures and ... change my last name to my husband's in the application. (Note, that I didn't change my last time at the time we got married.) Then he gave me a "denial" letter w/ the new last name on it. I was silly enough not to clarify the name situation on a spot, I was too upset and the name situation didn't click right away. What happened? Does that mean I have a new last name? In my "out of immigration issues" life I have no proof of last name change. Should I change green card, SSN..? I'm afraid I got myself into some clerical mess!.

Once he gives you this pre-approval you may now find a real estate agent to find yourself a home or he might have a referral.. . Now make sure before you get your pre-approval you and your mortgage broker go over all your options as to the mortgage programs you qualify for, the interest rate, monthly payments.

For awhile I had 2 jobs. Company A and Company B. I worked for company B for several months and left on good terms because hours were not really available and I was losing too much by not picking up more hours at Company A. During my employment at copmpany B I was considered to be a model employee and resigned in the proper manner ( 2 week written letter of resignation). In my resignation letter I specially asked to be paid via direct deposit for my last paycheck, but this was apparently ignored. At the last minute I went to Europe for a mini vacation to recover from severe stress ( I had been injured at company A and developed a severe infection that damaged my kidneys and I lost over 20 pounds in less than a month, as well as had a severe reaction to the anti biotics I was given). I assumed that my last paycheck would automatically be deposited into my account while I was in Europe and sadly it was not. I had to send in a fax requesting that friend pick it up for me as a result. The person in charge of payrol/Human Resources did not bother to read my emails requesting that someone pick up my last paycheck and that I was in Europe, as she kept mentioning that she would Fed Ex it to me. It took 6 emails and 3 faxes before she realized that I was not avaialble to get it personally and that a friend had to get it for me because I was in Europe. I fear that all of this upset her and/or the store manager and they think I quit so I could party in Europe. And that all of the above is the reason why they are not re-hiring me now. For since I have returned to the states I have re-applied to several positions that I am even more qualified for than the one I was initially hired for. I sometimes get a rejection email mere moments after I have submitted an application online, yet the position remains available online and has even been respoted again and again as unfilled. Legally and technically speaking, I am elligible for being re-hired, but I fear I might have been blacklisted in the system by the HR manager of company B. I even tested it by having friends with similar backgrounds, but less experience than me apply for the same posistions as I did online. They have all gotten interviews, while I have not. Is this something I can take legal action against or is this something companies can legally do? Blacklist employees because they don't like them or because they didn't bother to read emails that are part of their job in the first place? How would I go about taking legal action and/or proving this in the first place? How can I get the blacklisting removed so I could work for another Campany B location?.

I go to school, but if I already had a bunch of friends (only have three friends right which is why I wanted to go to school) and could get as much done as I do in school there's no DOUBT Id be homeschooled, I remember my happiest moments were when I was homeschooled. But my question is can you get into college if your homeschooled? Can you get into the college of your choice? Can you go to college if you just go part time to high school for just certain subjects that matter like science and math? My real goal for a job is anything creative, my wildest dreams is intern for a magazine, have my own magazine, acting, playing piano or guitar, ice skating, or singing or anything with fashion. This is really what'd I'd love to do.

I am canadian and didnt fill out a tax income thing last year and now I can't get the free health coverage, so now I gotta pay $54 each month.. . I was thinking I could fill the taxes this year, and apply for free health insurance next year. so for the next 10 months I'd be gliding with no health insurance, but on the up side I save a few hundred bucks.. . anyone recommend this? I looked at the MSP (medical service plan) where I live, and its like.... they dont cover this, you're on your own there, you gotta pay for this on your own... why am I even paying them $54 a month ??.

Im 16 years old and i need help on what to write in my Cv???. any suggestions??.
