Do I need my Sponsor to be present to get my Military ID renewed?

I'm trying to fix my credit (without an expensive lawyer) I was told I could send my creditors a letter to dispute what they say I owe them. But where can I find a form letter or example that I can go off of?.

Neither - you give each professor a stamped & addressed envelope for each school, plus the form or prompt for each school if there is one [usually there is].. . If you are applying to 6 schools, you would hand me 6 envelopes with the forms attached.

If you change your name by deed poll, who needs to be notified?

For the power of attorney, it depends on what you want to do with it. If you want banks to honor it, they will need a copy of it for their files. They may also want to have documents signed by you as principal and your attorney-in-fact as agent.. . If you want to have your attorney-in-fact convey real estate under the power of attorney, the power of attorney must be recorded in the office for recording of deeds (Recorder of Deeds or similar office in your jurisdiction).. . Certain kinds of powers of attorney have other requirements. For instance, if you have a health care power of attorney and/or "advance health care directive", a copy of it should be in your medical records with each physician or health care provider you use. If you need to enter a hospital for a medical or surgical procedure, they should also have a copy for their records.
