No, that is not an enforceable contract. Unless she gives up her parental rights to you, which is not going to happen and has to be before a court of law.. A parent with their legal rights intact are responsible, by law, to support their child, and pay for all of the child's needs.. I do not what motive you would have for taking on the ffinancial responsibilityfor someone else's child, but is an ill thought out idea.. Even if you signed such a thing, the hhospital, doctors etc are not bound by that agreement and will seek reimbursementfrom the legal parents.. . EDIT: I am no "girl", but I am telling you the law. Reagrdless, whether you are the "legal guardian " or not, the parents that have NOT had the legal rights terminated in a court of law (which means they never again can get custody of their child) are legally obligated for any expenses for thier child.. . "Guardianship" is granted all the time to peopel so they can give consent for medical treatment , enroll children in school, etc. But that in no way obligates the person who renedrs teh service to the child incapable to suing the mother. You can agree not to sue her, but that makes little difference becaus ethe hospital, lawyer, etc knows who is legally liable for the debts of the minor child, and it isn't you. I can't make that any clearer.

My husband and I have custodial power of attorney for minor child, we have had her for awhile?

Wow, someone copied my business website & domain name. What to do?

In Word use Tools/Mail Merge and then select Query Options. Filter Records by one field using the ?is not blank? criterion. Preferably this field should be one that would always contain an entry.. . How you can use MS Query to merge from two Excel files in a single mail merge..

As a high school student, I've yet to send an actual business letter (I've only been sending simple inquiry letters), but I feel like it would be good to know for when I actually start working. I've always found writing "Dear _____" to be so awkward, so I've just been starting with a standard greeting (hello/good morning/afternoon/etc.). Would it be rude to do this in the future? Or would it be all right (albeit a little informal)?.
