UK. . When someone died 'intestate' it goes to Probate.. . If there is no will, a close relative of the deceased can apply to the probate registry to deal with the estate. They apply for a 'grant of letters of administration'. If the grant is given, they are known as 'administrators' of the estate. This is a legal document which confirms the administrator's authority to deal with the deceased person's assets.. . Anyone with a valid interest in the estate will qualify for this and can apply to the Probate Office (children of deceased, sisters, brothers, parents, cousins etc).. . More than one person could be awarded this and that person/people can then sort out the assets of the deceased and distribute them to any one who has a claim on the estate (after paying off any debts etc of course). . Usually there is some sort of tiered qualifying system depending on how closely related the person was to the deceased (but it really isn't as simple as it sounds). . To die intestate causes a LOT of problems for those left behind - people assume everything will automatically go to the next of kin but it really is not so straightforward.
Include a one page cover letter explaining why you are interested in that school. Include a brief explanation about any potential problems with your application (for example, I had a bad Freshman year of college -- but did great after that -- I explained that my other work was more representative of how I would do in graduate school). Keep it short. Try not to exceed one page.. . Including your CV would not be a bad idea.
I am looking to organize my housecleaning business and hire some part time employees. For this I am wanting to have a more professional office and I am looking for forms, including client information forms. I may just make my own but what information should I include besides name, address, phone number, email. As of now, I just keep a planner, but am looking to keep files on my clients. Any suggestions on websites or you own personal opinion?.
What is the difference between "Power of Attorney' & 'Conservatorship' ?
Well, yes and no.
Ok, iam a first time home buyer so iam new to this. I want to make my first mortgage payment to my bank which is also my last payment because I got a notice in the mail that the sold my home loan to another bank. Well I went to my bank to make what I thought was going to be my monthly morgage payment of 1,500 but they said since its a payoff I owe them 1,876 because of principle and interest or something like that. I just find this so unfair because here iam trying to make my mortgage payment on the agreed mortgage payment of 1500 and since they sold my loan I have to pay more? Somehow this doesn't seem fair? Its not my fault they sold the loan. I called my new bank which they sold the loan to and they said my payment for next month is the regular 1500. Is this normal? Will I get the extra money iam paying back?.
