it's the current insurance company system that provide the environment to make healthcare the way it is now.. . Now about the underqualifed adn underpaid doctor issue. There are private clinics, where doctors charge higher rates for their services. They are usually "better" than the government based hospitals' doctors. People usually go there if they want better care. The good thing is that the rate is not outrageous (quite affordable, not astronomical at all) like those here because they are competing against free health care, so it's in their best interest to charge less to attract more people.. . I don't think it will work in USA (at least not any time soon unless a real leader emerge and reforme everything) because the insurance company (kinda like weeds in your garden) already gained a strong hold deep in the roots of the system, sucking out the resources. Also, some current doctors who benefit from the current system will oppose it. Combined together, they will do whatever they can to stop US to swithch.

however, I recently put in a letter informing my school district (I'm a teacher) that I won't be returning next year. This means I am employed there through August. I'm planning on getting another teaching job, but won't have one until March or April. I'm concerned that if a verification of employment is done by the lender that our loan won't be approved :( This is our first home and I'd hate for it to fall through! We both had credit scores in the 780s and have no debt..

Now I want to make sure this isn't going to go south. I don't want them to take my money and then say- forget it, no sale- you still owe another $4,000, cough it up. So I want to send a letter to the them with the agreement outlined but I want to make sure I include everything in the letter. Please let me know what to include. She said they would send the title once I made the payment. She also agreed I would not pay taxes on the balance that is not paid - would not be listed as income.. After a little bit of research on this site, it looks like I need THE CREDITOR to send me a letter. What should I look for in the letter and what should I be leary of?. So the balance I will not be paying WILL be reported to the IRS as taxable income?.

10. MINOR REPAIRS. $100 and below per item will be paid by the Tenant. Minor repairs are payable four weeks after commencement of tenancy. Minor repairs includes the changing of light bulbs and clearing of clogged toilets.

Changing two letters of your name?

Don't worry about the letter, you haven't failed!. . The letter you got is a standard letter sent out by all banks to people claiming there charges back. They can't admit that their charges are unfair, as if they do everyone in the country will claim! The only other choice is to say they consider their charges are fair, and try and put you off claiming.
