My name on my passport is . First: Ashley Deanna . Middle: Plata. Last: Lucas. . On my Social Security. First: Ashley. Middle: Plata. Last: Lucas. . When I apply for California ID, they followed my name on my passport. So all my papers, school papers is Ashley Deanna Plata Lucas, except for my Social Security. What will I do? Do I have to change my Social Security name?

im a handy man . who was ripped off for a few hundred dollars . from a high end millionaire attny for celebrities. i need to word a letter so properly that he will think about what he did. and let it eat at him ,so he dont get over on any other contractors. this man walks around like he is god . and has no respect for anyone. i myself want to hit him where it hurts. and hit him with some nasty language, stereotype actions etc...but that would just show him he got away with it again. and that he won. i really want to flip out but i dont want him to know how much a few hundred dollars raelly means to someone who earned it physically.

. - what you want them to do next: never ask for a sale in the intro letter, but tell them you will be following up on the letter with a personal phone call to set up a convenient meeting day and time

with respect to consideration in forming a contract?

I'm 20. Out of high school, my plan was to get a full time job, live with my parents, and pay my way through college.. . I got a job (35 hr/wk) and enrolled in college. I was able to do this for a couple semesters with the help of some much appreciated grant money...but then my mom got a job, which made my family's income go up, and I didn't get a penny of grant money the next year. I was going to community college, of course. But still, without the grant money, I was paying about $5,000 a year, out of pocket. My parents will not help me out with school, and they will not co-sign a loan, either. I have since stopped going to school this semester, in order to save up some more money, because I couldn't afford it this semester.. . Our home life has gotten more and more troubling. While I appreciate that my parents were letting me live rent-free for awhile, things have gotten rocky. There have been some incidences (even after I've turned 18) where my dad has slapped me, pulled my hair, thrown stuff at me & pushed me to the ground... however, nothing that left a mark. However I am not a child, and do not appreciate getting hurt out of anger. This alone makes me want to move out. Once my dad has even thrown a bucket of dirty water at me for making my mother upset by asking if she would consider going to family counseling with me. My dad is always yelling at me, and always putting me down, and threatening to hurt me. Recently, my little sister did something he disapproved of, and he literately beat her until she urinated on herself. Being around my dad seriously gives me bad anxiety.

One thing I want to make you aware of: When someone has been involved in a medical malpractice matter, a "clock" starts ticking. If you wait too long, nothing will be able to be done for you. My suggestion is to call a lawyer asap..
