I understand you long to meet someone, but also you doubt you will. I'm not going to tell you that there is that special someone because it's a matter of time and place. However, wouldn't you want to be a great partner for someone? A partner who isn't negative and is confident in his skin? Try working more on yourself. There are plenty of ways to better ourselves. Find a hobby or start a worthy cause. These things make life more meaningful. If you believe in God, try to draw closer to Him. Meet new people through school and hobbies. Try to find happiness in other aspects of your life. I know it's hard, especially when there seems to be a black cloud constantly above us and dragging us down. Try to think of it as a phase. Maybe antidepressants can help you. There is no shame in taking them, and they might actually help you become more positive. Also, I'm sorry about the psychologists you visited. But know that there are some very helpful mental health specialists who care, so please don't give up.. . What's stopping you from suicide? Because I think deep down, you don't want to do it. Suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem. Please continue to reach out. I'm thankful you did.

If you are filing a current year return, mark the appropriate name change box of the Form 1120 type you are using:

If your written partnership agreement states that each of you is responsible for transportation expenses, then you deduct them on schedule E using UPE as the description. (Ignore TRO who said to put this on a schedule C. She's wrong as usual. With a partnership, the income flows through schedule E.). . if your agreement doesn't address this, then you need to show the expenses on the 1065.

I'm a little confused what form I need. I've been reading about Letter of Intent but not to sure if that's all I need? Ok for example, I'm looking to buy a commercial building for investing purposes, do I just fill out the LOI and from there I'm on my way to purchasing the property or do I need additional forms? If so what else?.

The Korean Alphabet, Hangul, groups up Jamo (what we would call letters) into blocks. Each block represents a syllable in a word.. . For example: ??? means "banana". ?[b] + ? [a] = ? [ba]. ?[n] + ? [a] = ? [na]. . Some syllables have final consonants. When that happens, they add the final syllable beneath the other 2 Jamo of the block:. For example: Hangul ?? (han-geul). ? [h] + ?[a] + ?[n] (underneath) = ? [han]. ? [g]/[k] + ? (eu) + ? [l]/[r] (underneath) = ? (geul). . If a syllable begins with a vowel sound, the Jamo ? is added to fill the initial consonant position. In the initial position ? is silent.. . It's actually quite an ingenious way of writing. It specifies how syllables are to be pronounced.

I need help completing a general partnership agreement?
