    Never Saying You're Sorry........(poem)...c\c?

Create a memorandum of agreement containing the terms that you want then affix your signatures in that agreement with the presence of a witness or better yet a lawyer to notarize the memorandum of agreement. Search for samples online.

It's back by public demand :) People emailed me saying they wanted more...so here it is :). Anyway rules still apply, one answer per question and use this template to answer, that way I can count results easier. Also please use letters instead of sentences to answer. Thanks. . 1). 2). 3). 4). 5). . Section 4: Imagine you are a.... . 1. How do I go about legally changing my first and middle name in the state of California?

I'm a bit lost here. It sounds like you successfully re-installed Windows on your new hard drive but can't activate it because you can't read the Product Key off the Microsoft Proof of License label. Rather than screwing around trying to get your old hard drive working again (& it probably is failing), why don't you contact the laptop manufacturer & see if they can help you recover the Product Key. They can probably cross-reference it by make, model, & serial #. If not, sorry to say that you may have to re-purchase a valid OS license.

    Good luck.
