If I legally change my name?

My wife and I are taking positions in the middle east for a couple of years. We want to know if coming back to the states every 6 months or so and purchasing some foreclosed/short sale/inexpensive properties in the Metro DC area to rent out while gaining equity for a few years is a good idea. Any problems that we may run into? Things we have to do in order to protect ourselves(Corporation, LLC etc)Certain companies to help manage our properties? I know this is alot but I want some good info!. . Thanks. . We would want to secure several loans with 5 to 10% down on the homes if possible....maybe 2-4 at a time if we could.

Ive got to do a business studies crossword for homework, but i'm struggling with it. Can you help?. (Even if you know one of them, please do post, you could easily get 10 points.) . Ok, this is what the clues are:-. . :Bussiness jointly owned by all employees. . :Partner with limited liability. . :Joint ownership, but unlimited liability. . :Sets the rules of partnerships. . :owners of limited companies.

Does anyone know how I can find a certified Tax/Estate Adviser in Ontario Canada? Also, any idea how much a service like this costs?. He might be!. . I am looking for someone who can help a young couple (under 30) with minimal RRSP investments, annual income of less than $100,000, and no house. I just want something better than the person at the bank..
