Hi. Of course you can refuse treatment and blood tests on the NHS. However please bear this in mind:. . "If your underactive thyroid is treated, you should be able to lead a normal, active life. But if it's not treated, your symptoms may gradually get worse.. . If you have symptoms. . If your underactive thyroid isn't treated, your symptoms may get gradually worse.. . You may not be able to think as clearly or as fast. You may get depressed, put on weight, or become constipated, or your skin may become very dry. Your voice could get hoarse. If you are a woman, your periods may become irregular. This could affect whether you can get pregnant.. . An underactive thyroid can also make your heart beat more slowly and your cholesterol level rise. Although researchers aren't certain, both of these things may put you at risk of getting heart disease.. . Very occasionally, an underactive thyroid can cause a more serious illness that needs treating in hospital. These illnesses include:. . A very low body temperature (hypothermia). . Heart failure. . Fluid around the lungs or heart. . An obstruction in the gut. . Serious mental health problems such as psychosis (being out of touch with reality) or dementia.. . If you don't have symptoms. . If you have the mild form of this condition and don't get any symptoms, you could go on to get the more serious form in time. Each year between 2 in 100 and 4 in 100 women with mild hypothyroidism go on to get symptoms. The risk is much higher in men.. . You may also be more likely to get heart disease, although researchers aren't yet sure. One study found that people with a mildly underactive thyroid had higher levels of cholesterol in their blood.. . Another study showed that older women with a mildly underactive thyroid were more likely to have a heart attack and to have fatty deposits in the blood vessels of their heart.. . But we're not sure whether getting treatment for a slightly underactive thyroid gland reduces your risk of heart disease. Some research shows it may help your heart to work better.". . Have you asked your GP to refer you to an endocrinologist for specialist treatment? . Best wishes, A x

Is there a certain population that is needed first or what? Some of the current provinces were once territories but were allowed to become provinces..

Transgendered and changing name over two countries, cost and proccess...?

I would still have a lawyer do it. I worked for lawyers for years, and they would do letters like this all the time. They usually charge a flat fee just for the letter itself. They can range anywhere from $20 to $50 depending on how lengthy the letter is, and it might save you from having to pay the filing fees for a small claims case (they can be up to $100-$200). If you really want to do it yourself, sit down with some of your really persuasive and intelligent friends and write it out, there isn't really such thing as a TEMPLATE for a letter like that, except for things that attorney's have, but they will charge you just to give it to you. Doing it yourself still won't have the same impact as it would coming from an attorney. I know how to write professional letters (the formatting), let me know and I will email you something to at least get you started if you are completely lost.

She is my aunt , claims she is still competent , but is clearly not taking care of her business , shes very stubborn and has always been a very proper lady. Shes been in the same hotel room for months and HAS NOT been OUT at all. I need to get poa over her to get her bills taken care so she doesnt lose her house and to pay her bills so that she doesnt get any further into debt.. Can someone please tell me other than getting an attorney which i dont have the money for and going to court ..Is there another way to get poa over her , for her personal care and medical care?.

First join the job , and try for the name change at later stages.
