birth cert - original name, marriage cert - married name, deed poll - changed name, for places like banks etc they will require proof of this. If your not seperated you 'll have to fib tho and say you are or it's long they just won't understand why you want to do it, no point standing there explaining lol! You don't have to be divorced. Many people don't ever get divorced. Your birth cert and marriage cert is proof enough for this ok.

AccountingDiploma Of Financial Planning, Ps146, Rg146Training for financial planners has additional requirements not expected of accountants in the form of ASIC RG146/ PS146 compliance. Both accountants and financial planners are expected by their respective industries, professional bodies and clients to have underlying educational requirements however this is only a legal necessity for financial planners and not accountants in the majority of their work environment. Financial planners are regulated by ASIC in their requirement for them to undertake RG146 or PS146 courses if they want to operate as authorised representatives for licence holders. Accountants excluding auditors and taxation agents are not legally required to be educated as regulation comes through the Corporations law which requires any accountant dealing with companies to use the Australian Accounting Standard Board?s accounting standards which are in fact the international accounting standards.. . The difference comes in the way regulation occurs, financial planners? education is regulated while the compliance requirement of following legally enforced standards is the regulation tool used by ASIC to control accountants. It is legally possible for an accountant to have never undertaken an accounting course and still be in charge of accounting at a large corporation.. . A financial adviser alternatively needs to be ASIC compliant and as a minimum must do RG146 / PS146 courses. The majority of providers offer this qualification in the form of the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) which ordinarily would give full ASIC RG146 / PS146 compliance. Typically the various ASIC compliance requirements are contained in these courses including, securities, managed investments, derivatives, insurance advice and insurance broking. The Advanced Diploma contains a greater focus on taxation, estate planning and financial plan constructions.. . Accounting courses are broken into areas such as financial accounting, management accounting, auditing and taxation. Whilst as mentioned an accountant in charge of a large organisation can legally have no accounting training, the industry is mature enough that this would be unlikely to happen. Often professional qualifications are a requirement to gain senior accounting roles.. . As the financial planning industry matures it should be expected that the Advance Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) will become the industry requirement for financial planners wishing to progress in their career. Industry providers now have Recognition of Prior Learning options available which reduces the need for traditional study methods. Accountants typically need a degree or even a Masters to be recognised as educational sufficient to apply their craft even though as mentioned this is not actually a legal requirement. There are many educational opportunities for financial planners after they finish their RG146/RG146 complaint courses. They can also focus on specialist areas such as taxation, self managed superannuation funds and foreign exchange.

You don't say where in the world you are, I suspect with the terminology you use the UK..... As you are returning to your 'old' name and your birth certificate will still be in your old name ( it is a historic document so has to be used together with the name chage deed poll document) maybe what you call 'solicitors papers' or it could be just a statutory declaration that you have ...........reality is you do not need legal proof that you have returned to use your name, provided that you can be identified by your new chosen name which is already on your birth cert. However, there are some circumstances, for example, applying for a new passport, when additional evidence of the change of name is required. The evidence required varies depending on the purpose for which it is needed and can include:-. . letter from a responsible person.....your GP, solicitor, minister or MP, will often be enough evidence that you have changed your name.. public announcement..newpaper advert. statutory declaration... prepared by a solicitor a statement, recording your intention to abandon your old name and adopt a new one.. deed poll....you can prepare your own deed poll on a special form, which you can get from a high street stationers or the Post Office.. . In those circumstances, such as if your bank accounts have the new name, you may need to use another deed poll name change/sttutory letter and that can be done either via a solicitor...any solicitor at legal cost + deed poll, or you can do a DIY deed poll so legally you can prove with that and together with your birth cert it is legal and then official organisations will change your name on accounts, passport, etc. . Best way forward is to call in at your CAB and they will guide you and their advise is free

I am currently in High School, and I'm looking to get my first job working at a Games Store, (the job was advertised), but I'm not sure what to put in my resume since I haven't had any previous job experience, any ideas? Thankyou.. I'm 14 by the way.. _____________________________. And, Is this a good cover letter?. . 23rd May 2008. . I am pursuing a Casual Sales Assistant job at GAME?s Armadale store. I am doing so because I believe that I have the skills that may help me if I?m working in a gaming store.. I enjoy and work well in teams, and also by myself. Helping customers and people to pick games is great, I?ve been giving people advice on what games to buy over the Internet for quite some time now, and I feel like it would be a great job for me.. I?m very interested in Video Games myself and I believe that it will definitely help me help the customers.. . Sincerely,.

OK. So my girlfriend is coming over from Argentina to visit England in December. She tells me that I need to write, or to get hold of a Visa invitation letter in order for her to get a tourist visa easier. I did some research but cant seem to find out where I can get it stamped after Ive written it. Theres plenty of sites that give me a letter template, thats all well and good but not if I dont know where to get it stamped (or whatever I have to do with it) before i send it over to her!! Can someone explain this process to me please? =).
